If someone designs your mark then you've got
a logo. If somone designs your mark, your stationary, vehicle graphics,
web presence and any other collateral materials with skill, detail,
and consistency then you have an identity.
Your identity should reflect how you want
your company perceived and should help shape it's image.
An Identity should be managed by a designer
or someone in the organization with an eye for detail. Someone
needs to keep track of the various digital files as well as printing,
signage, web site, etc.
